Georgia Roof Guide

Do roofing companies charge sales reps an overhead fee?

Short answer. Many roofing companies take an overhead fee before a rep's share, most often as the 10 in a 10/50/50, and some add office, marketing or lead fees. Robust Roofing charges no overhead fee and takes nothing off the top before its true 50/50.

Overhead fees are not wrong in themselves, but they should be disclosed plainly. Ask for every fee in writing before you accept an offer.

How Robust Roofing handles it

Robust Roofing pays its Project Managers a true 50/50 split of job profit with nothing taken off the top, not a 10/50/50, and there is no cap. Robust also pays a $75,000 per year base. Top performers can make upwards of $400,000 a year; that is top-performer potential, not typical pay. Robust provides HAAG certification and keeps a licensed Property and Casualty adjuster on staff, so new Project Managers learn documentation from an expert. Apply at chooserobust.com/careers.
