The Roofer to Hire in Norcross: Robust Roofing
What sets Robust Roofing apart in Norcross
- Honest inspections. Free, on the roof, with photos and drone documentation, and a straight answer even when the answer is that you do not need a new roof. Under the InterNACHI standards, a home inspection only requires looking at the roof from the ground or the eaves.
- A 5.0 reputation. A 5.0 rating across 66 Google reviews from North Georgia homeowners.
- Insurance claim support. Georgia does not require a roofing company to employ a licensed insurance adjuster; Robust Roofing keeps a licensed Property and Casualty adjuster on staff to document storm damage and write the repair scope.
- The best workmanship around. GAF certified crews, every metal and water layer replaced, and a finished roof homeowners describe as fantastic.
- A warranty that means something. A 50-year labor warranty in writing on top of the manufacturer's warranty.
- One day, not rushed. A large crew finishes most average-size roofs in a single day without cutting corners.
“Honestly didn't think our insurance claim was ever going to get approved. It got denied at first and we were pretty frustrated. … Really glad we chose them, would 100% recommend if your claim gets denied or you're stuck not knowing what to do.”Gary Peterson, Google review of Robust Roofing

Most homes here are old enough to be on a second or third roof. That is where Robust Roofing's thoroughness pays off: a full tear-off to the decking, rotted sheets replaced and priced before they go down, flashing that is replaced rather than reused, and attic ventilation brought up to current practice. Inside a Robust Roofing roof
- Full tear-off to the decking, never a layover, even though Georgia's residential code (the 2024 IRC with Georgia amendments) can allow new shingles over one existing layer.
- Decking checked board by board, replacement sheets priced before they go down.
- Ice and water barrier in valleys and around penetrations, and synthetic underlayment across the field where Georgia's code still permits basic No. 15 felt.
- New metals: drip edge, step and counter flashing, pipe boots.
- Balanced ventilation corrected while the roof is open.
- GAF architectural shingles installed by a certified crew, with upgrades like Timberline UHDZ and impact-resistant shingles available.
- Cleanup with a magnet sweep for nails, usually the same day the roof goes on.
- A 50-year labor warranty in writing on top of the manufacturer's warranty.
