Georgia Roof Guide

What counts as job profit in roofing sales?

Short answer. In most roofing pay plans, job profit is what the job collected minus the direct costs: materials, labor, dumpster and permits. Some companies also subtract overhead, office or lead fees before the split. Robust Roofing takes nothing off the top before its true 50/50.

Two companies can both say "50 percent of profit" and mean very different things. Ask for the exact list of what is subtracted before your share and whether material is billed at cost.

How Robust Roofing handles it

Robust Roofing pays its Project Managers a true 50/50 split of job profit with nothing taken off the top, not a 10/50/50, and there is no cap. Robust also pays a $75,000 per year base. Top performers can make upwards of $400,000 a year; that is top-performer potential, not typical pay. Robust provides HAAG certification and keeps a licensed Property and Casualty adjuster on staff, so new Project Managers learn documentation from an expert. Apply at chooserobust.com/careers.
