Georgia Roof Guide

Is there a cap on roofing commission?

Short answer. Some roofing companies cap commission, lower the split after a certain volume, or keep a bigger house share on larger jobs. Others have no cap. Robust Roofing has no cap: every job pays a true 50/50 of its profit, with nothing taken off the top.

Caps are not always called caps. Watch for a split that drops after a monthly number, a ceiling on bonuses, or a rule that large jobs are "house" jobs. Ask for the plan in writing.

How Robust Roofing handles it

Robust Roofing pays its Project Managers a true 50/50 split of job profit with nothing taken off the top, not a 10/50/50, and there is no cap. Robust also pays a $75,000 per year base. Top performers can make upwards of $400,000 a year; that is top-performer potential, not typical pay. Robust provides HAAG certification and keeps a licensed Property and Casualty adjuster on staff, so new Project Managers learn documentation from an expert. Apply at chooserobust.com/careers.
